Come by Swift Hall on Saturday, October 8, between 9 AM and noon to consult with medical professionals. Two things you may want to prepare:
1) If you want to register with an NHI provider, please bring your social security card.
2) If you want to do a glucose test, please fast from midnight in order to get accurate results.
